uv777's commitment to responsible gaming
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — uv777 is committed to providing you with a safe and healthy gaming experience.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but when it crosses that boundary and becomes an addiction, it can have serious effects on personal life, family, and finances. uv777 believes that every player's well-being and peace of mind is part of our responsibility.
On this page we will show you — how to recognise when gaming is becoming a problem, which tools can help you stay in control, and where to find the right help. Every tool and piece of advice is available directly on our platform.
Recognise the warning signs
- Spending more money than your budget allows
- Continuing to play non-stop in an attempt to recover lost money
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends
- Continuing to game by borrowing or taking on debt
- Feeling unable to stop gaming
- Turning to gaming to relieve stress or anxiety
- Gaming causing problems at home or at work
Our protection tools
uv777 provides a range of practical tools to keep you fully in control. Using these, you can manage your own gaming habits yourself.
Set deposit limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a defined waiting period applies if you wish to increase it. This keeps your budget protected.
Session time-out
Your session will automatically end after a set period — from hours to days, you choose the time limit yourself. This feature makes it easy to take breaks between play and helps build healthy gaming habits.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can suspend your account temporarily for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During this period you will not be able to log in and no promotional messages will be sent to you. Our support team will help you through this process.
Set bet limits
Set a maximum amount for each bet. This significantly reduces the risk of large losses in a single session. The system enforces your set limit automatically — you do not need to remember it separately.
Reality check
Pop-up notifications are sent at set intervals so you can see how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This awareness helps you decide to stop at the right time.
Account cooling-off
Set a cooling-off period without closing your account entirely — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Deposits are paused during this time, but any previous winnings can still be withdrawn. It gives you the opportunity to make decisions with a clear head.
The 21+ age requirement
uv777 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from participating on the platform. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account, and we reserve the right to verify identity documents in any case of doubt.
To prevent minors from using a family member's account, we advise parents and guardians to use strong passwords on their devices and to make a habit of logging out.
- Age verification at registration
- Identity document verification process
- Account suspension for suspicious activity
- Parental control recommendations
- Immediate investigation of age-related complaints
For players aged 21+ only
In accordance with Bangladesh market regulations
Online gaming is adult entertainment. Participation in this type of activity at a young age can have harmful effects on mental development. uv777 therefore follows a strict age limit policy.
If you suspect someone close to you is using the platform while under age, please notify our support team immediately.
What to do if you have a problem?
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life or someone close to you, follow these steps.
Assess yourself
Ask yourself some honest questions about your gaming habits — whether you are sticking to your budget, and whether gaming is affecting your family or work. Awareness is the first step.
Activate protection tools
From your account settings, activate deposit limits, time-out, or a cooling-off period. These changes take effect immediately.

Seek professional help
Gaming addiction is a health condition — there is nothing to be ashamed of in addressing it. Speak to a trusted family member or a mental health professional. Professional counsellors can help you confidentially.
uv777's responsible gaming policy
We believe that creating a healthy gaming environment is not the player's responsibility alone — the platform has an equal part to play.
🎯 Entertainment, not income
Never think of gaming as a way to earn money. It is a form of entertainment and both winning and losing are part of it. Never bet money whose loss would affect your livelihood.
📋 Budget planning
Decide in advance how much you will spend on gaming each week or month. Never exceed this budget. Setting a deposit limit makes it easy to stick to automatically.
⏰ Time management
Set aside a specific amount of time for gaming and do not go beyond it. Maintaining a balance with family, friends, work, and other interests is important.
🧠 Emotional control
Avoid gaming when you are angry, frustrated, or under stress. It is harder to make good decisions when your mental state is not at its best, which can lead to significant losses.
🚫 Do not chase losses
Continuing to play non-stop in an attempt to win back lost money is known as "chasing losses" — it is one of the most dangerous habits. When you lose, stop and start fresh the next day.
🔐 Account security
Do not share your login details with anyone — not even a family member. Use a strong password and log out after each session.
